Gym

We use our gym space to gather together on cold mornings, hot evenings, or when the air quality is bad.  The children will come into the gym during the day to play games, ride bikes, have dance parties, and other structured activities.  They gym provides a great indoor space to run around and use our large motor skills.

 Playground

We take the children outside every day to run around and build their muscles.  They have fun climbing on our playground structure, digging in the rubberchips, playing with trucks.  During the summer the children plant a garden and take care of it.  They are taught how to harvest the vegetables for snack once they grow and ripen.

Infant/Toddler Playground

The Infant/Toddler Playground is specifically designed for our youngest children so they can play outside in a safe environment.  They have a climbing structure and riding toys.  In the summer we bring out sensory tables and other fun water toys for them to splash around in and have fun.

Story Room

In the heart of our Center we have a Story Room.  The ceiling is a replica of the original skylight.  The Story Room contains some of the books we rotate through our classrooms.  It also has a Resource Lending Library for families.  Families enjoy spending time with their children and finding books to check out for the ride home.  This is also a quiet place to come and nurse your little one during the day.

Our Halls

Our halls are wide and inviting.  Along our halls we display the children's artwork.  This is also one of many places where we display our School Rules.
